For my spring break exercising, I'm gonna use this Couch-to-5K plan.
I figure I can start at week 3, since I’m not completely on the couch. But week 4 looks a little *too* high impact for me.
Combined with these exercises, I think the staying in similar shape to what I am now thing shouldn’t be too hard.
And now I’m really off to bed.
I’m on week 6, though I’ve been going really slowly… trying to do this through a Minnesota winter was perhaps not the best idea I’ve ever had. But I’ve been amazed at the progress I’ve made.
I appreciate having a solid plan in front of me. If I didn’t have goals pre-set, I wouldn’t keep at it.
It’s a good plan.
